Returning New, Unused Items
We will gladly accept returns in new, unused condition for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days from delivery date.* Products received in new, unused condition after 30 days will be issued a store credit. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returning Used Items Or Earrings
We unfortunately cannot offer full refunds for used or worn items or any pair of earrings for hygienic reasons. Watches received with worn or used bands or any pair of earrings are not eligible for a full refund, but will be refunded for product cost, less a $10 handling fee.
Returning Items Received As A Gift
Gift returns in new, unused condition without a receipt or order number will be issued a store credit equal to the amount of the gift. Gift returns of worn items or earrings will be issued a store credit equal to the amount of the gift, less a $10 handling fee.
To Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-324-0845 and include your Name, Phone Number, Order Number, and Reason for Return.
2. We will issue a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, we will issue the owed refund, less a $5.00 return shipping fee. Customers wishing to provide their own shipping must return product via an insured, trackable method, at their own expense.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method received.
